These terms govern your use of cantarasupply.com and any order you
place with us. Nothing in them takes away a right the law of your own
country gives you as a consumer.

1. WHO YOU ARE DEALING WITH

Cantara is a brand operated by REC PLAY LLC, a limited liability company
registered in the United States. In these terms, we and us mean REC PLAY LLC.
By using cantarasupply.com or placing an order you agree to what follows. If
you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. ORDERS AND WHEN THE CONTRACT FORMS

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we send you a
dispatch confirmation, not when you pay. Until that point we may decline or
cancel an order and refund you in full, for example where an item is out of
stock, where we suspect fraud or buying for resale, or where a price or
description was wrong.

3. PRICES AND CURRENCY

Prices are set in United States dollars and are shown to you in the currency
of your market, converted at the rate in effect at the time. The price you see
at checkout, including shipping and any tax we are required to collect, is the
price you pay. Prices may change without notice, but never after you have
placed an order. If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price we will
contact you before shipping and you may cancel.

4. PAYMENT

We accept the cards and payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is
processed by our payment providers and card details are never held by us. By
providing payment information you confirm you are authorised to use that
method.

5. SHIPPING

We ship from California to twenty eight countries. Orders placed before 2pm
Pacific on a business day are handed to the carrier the same day, otherwise
the next business day. Transit times quoted anywhere on this site are carrier
estimates and not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
International orders may attract import duties or taxes set by your own
country, which are your responsibility. Full detail is in our shipping policy.

6. CHOOSING THE RIGHT MODEL

It is your responsibility to select the correct phone model and size before
ordering. Compatibility is stated on every product page. If you order the
wrong one, the exchange process in our refund policy applies and there is no
time limit on it.

7. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

There is no deadline on returning an unused case in its original packaging.
Within 120 days of the order date the item is refunded to your original card.
After that the same amount is issued as store credit that never expires.
Return postage is yours unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong
thing. Our refund policy sets out the full terms and forms part of this
agreement.

8. LIFETIME REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE

Our cases carry a lifetime replacement guarantee against manufacturing
defects, material failure and loss of structural integrity under normal use,
for the original purchaser on the original order. It does not cover normal
wear-in of the nap, accidental damage, misuse, or modification. It is a
replacement promise, not a refund, and where a colorway is discontinued we
replace it with a comparable current product. Full terms are on our guarantee

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this site, including text, images, video, product design and
photography, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and
trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute or exploit any of it
commercially without our written permission.

10. TRADEMARKS AND INDEPENDENCE

Cantara is an independent company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by,
sponsored by or connected to Alcantara S.p.A. or to any vehicle manufacturer.
Alcantara is a registered trademark of Alcantara S.p.A. We purchase and use
genuine Alcantara material in our products. All other trademarks referenced
anywhere on this site remain the property of their respective owners, and any
such reference is descriptive only, made to identify a product or material,
and implies no association.

11. REVIEWS AND CONTENT YOU SEND US

If you send us a review, photograph or video, you give us permission to use it
in our marketing without payment. You confirm the content is your own and that
anyone identifiable in it has agreed to appear.

12. ACCEPTABLE USE

Do not use this site to break the law, to interfere with its operation or
security, to gain unauthorised access to our systems, to scrape it
systematically, or to buy for commercial resale without our written agreement.

13. AVAILABILITY AND ACCURACY

We work to keep the site available, accurate and current, but we do not
promise it will be uninterrupted or error free. Colour reproduction varies
between screens, and small natural variation in a napped material is normal
and is not a fault. We may change or withdraw products at any time.

14. PRIVACY

How we handle your personal information is set out in our privacy policy,
which forms part of this agreement.

15. LIABILITY

To the extent the law allows, our total liability arising out of any order is
limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for
indirect or consequential loss, including damage to a phone or other device.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused
by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be
excluded. Nothing here limits the statutory rights you hold as a consumer
under the law of your country of residence, and where those rights conflict
with these terms, your statutory rights prevail.

16. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United
States. Any dispute arising out of these terms or your use of the site will be
resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration
Association rather than in court, except where the law of your country of
residence gives you the right to bring a claim locally, in which case that
right is unaffected.

17. SEVERABILITY AND CHANGES

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining
provisions stay in full effect. We may update these terms at any time and the
version published when you place an order is the version that governs that
order.
