Buttons or ports that stop lining up as they should

Loss and theft

Damage from events no case survives

Deliberate damage, or damage from cleaning products and solvents

Honest wear-in of the nap, which is the material's character and not a defect

The guarantee covers replacement, not refunds, and applies to the original purchaser on the original order. If your colorway is no longer made, we replace it with a comparable current product.

Making a claim

Three steps, one email

There is nothing to register and no receipt to keep. Your order is already on file.

Step one Send a photograph Email contact@cantarasupply.com with your order number and a photo of the failure. A real person reads it the same day.
Step two We look at it We assess whether the case failed under normal use. If it did, the claim is approved and you do not need to send the old one back.
Step three A replacement ships Approved replacements leave within one business day and typically arrive within three. Shipping on replacements is on us.

How long does it last

For as long as you own the case. There is no expiry, no registration and no renewal. The guarantee is held to the original purchaser and the original order.

What if my colorway is discontinued

If the exact colorway is no longer made, we replace it with a comparable current product of equal value. You will always be told what is coming before it ships.

Is this a refund

No. The guarantee is a replacement promise, not a refund. If you would rather have your money back, that is what the returns policy is for, and it has no deadline on it either.

Wrong size ordered

Ordered Pro instead of Pro Max? Mail it back with any trackable service and reply with the tracking number. The moment it shows movement, the right size ships.
