Your legal right
Fourteen days. No reason needed.
If you are in the EU or the UK, you may withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of delivery. This page is that right, in full. Our own returns policy has no deadline at all.
How it runs
Four dates, start to finish.
The clock starts the day after your order arrives.
- Day 0 Delivered Your case arrives. The 14-day period begins the following day.
- By day 14 You tell us The form on this page, or an email. A single clear sentence is enough. We confirm the same day with the return address.
- 14 more days It ships back Hand it to any carrier with tracking. A postmark inside the window counts. Return postage is yours unless the case arrived damaged or we sent the wrong one.
- Within 14 days Money back Refunded to the payment method you used, including the standard delivery cost of the original shipment. Premium shipping upgrades are not refunded.
The condition of the case
Inspect it the way you would in a store: open the box, look, touch. If it comes back with wear beyond that — fitted to a phone and carried — we may deduct an amount reflecting the loss in value, and we tell you the amount and why. We never keep both the case and the money.
After the fourteen days
The legal right ends at day 14. Our own policy does not: unused cases in original packaging come back whenever you decide, for as long as you own them. See the refund policy for how that works.
The model withdrawal form
To: Cantara (REC PLAY LLC), contact@cantarasupply.com — I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract of sale of the following goods: [product], ordered on [date], received on [date]. Name, order number, date. Using the form above sends us the same thing.
Where this applies
The 14-day right covers the European Union, Northern Ireland and the United Kingdom. Everywhere else, our regular returns policy applies from day one — it is broader anyway.
Your statutory guarantees
EU and UK law also give you a legal conformity guarantee of at least two years. Our lifetime guarantee sits on top of those rights, never in place of them.
Beyond the law
Fourteen days is the floor. We never start the clock.
Unused and in its original packaging, a Cantara case can come back whenever you decide. The legal right is two weeks. Ours is as long as you own it.
