At Cantara, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. Our policy is split into two parts: Standard Returns (if you change your mind) and our Lifetime Guarantee (if our product fails you).

14-Day Return Window

For unused items in original packaging.

1. Standard Returns (Change of Mind)

If the color isn't quite right or the fit isn't what you expected, we are here to help. You may return unused items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility:

Request must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
Item must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging.
Personalized items are final sale.

Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot issue refunds for items lost in transit.

How to Return:
Email contact@cantarasupply.com with your order number. We will provide return instructions.

2. Lifetime Replacement Guarantee

We stand behind our craftsmanship, our materials, and the way our products are meant to be used. If your Cantara product fails under normal use, we replace it. That's not a promise. It's our standard.

What's Covered:

Manufacturing defects (stitching issues, structural failures).
Material degradation or failure.
MagSafe compatibility issues.

What's Not Covered:

Normal wear and tear (Alcantara naturally develops patina over time—that's character, not a defect).
Accidental damage (drops, scratches, impacts).

How to Claim (No Return Needed):
Unlike a standard return, you generally do not need to send the defective product back. Simply email contact@cantarasupply.com with:

Your order number.
Photos showing the defect.

We'll review your claim within 24-48 hours and send you a replacement if approved.

3. Arrival Issues

If your order arrives damaged from shipping or you received the wrong item, please notify us within 3 business days of delivery at contact@cantarasupply.com.
