How It Works
Email us with your order number and photos. We provide the replacement item for free; you simply cover the shipping.
No Time Limit
Your product is covered for life. One year, five years, ten years — if it fails under normal use, we'll replace it.
Specific Coverage
Covered:

Not Covered:
- Normal wear and tear (Alcantara naturally develops patina over time — that's character, not a defect)

Defining "Normal Use"
Normal use means using your product as intended: protecting your iPhone from everyday wear and tear. It doesn't cover intentional damage, misuse, or wear from extreme conditions.
Alcantara naturally develops a patina over time. This is not a defect; it is a characteristic of the material. However, if the material deteriorates in a way that affects functionality, we will replace it.
How to Claim
Email us at contact@cantarasupply.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos showing the defect or issue
- Brief description of what happened
We'll review your claim within 24-48 hours. If approved, we will send you a link to cover the shipping cost for your replacement. You keep your original product — we don't need it back.
Note: While the replacement product is 100% free, the customer is responsible for the shipping fee to their location.
No Receipt? No Problem.
Lost your order confirmation? We can look up your order using your email address. If we can't verify your purchase, we'll still work with you to find a solution.
